It’s not very often I get beat by a baby who refuses to sleep (well it has happened once maybe twice before) then  again when I met this little cherub. This little Miss had had a couple of bad nights (as did mum and Dad, LOL) before our session so she was not the happiest girl and would just not settle into sleep.   We tried all the tricks, rocking her, feeding her ,turned up the music  but no way was she going to sleep. After three hours we decided to call it a day and I went back several days later and she was a different little girl, so much happier and she did sleep for us. Here’s a few favourites I got.

Look we even got a smile…………….oh ok maybe it was wind!!

I had the pleasure to photograph this  6 day old little fellow  and his loving parents. I know it’s hard for parents to get their portraits taken especially Dad’s (god knows  I hate having mine taken) but this Dad was a real trouper and up for anything. Must have something to do with his great Kiwi upbringing, LOL!!. Mum was well, what can you say, she is stunning  you would never know she’s just had a baby. ( No don’t hate her, she’s lovely!! LOL)  It was great sharing the morning with you all, sorry your sneak peek has taken so long I was hoping to get it to you before I went to New Zealand but ran out of time.  Anyway enough rambling, here’s your sneak peek L & S hope you enjoy them.

I had the pleasure to photograph this gorgeous girl  last weekend, she was such a content little darling. I was lucky enough to also photograph her cousin a few weeks back also. S & S I have so many favourites from this session , I can’t wait to show you the rest.

Love this one with big sister, you can just tell she is going to love being Mummy’s little helper!

It’s not often I post pics of my kids on my blog and it’s not that I want to keep it work only, the reason is I hardly ever get to photograph them without the whinging and carrying on that goes along with it. Seriously my children usually run when I get my camera out. I have to resort to bribery to take photo’s of them. This day was different my youngest daughter and I meet with some really nice local Brisbane photographers and went out to a really cool rural property and just played and took photo’s of each others kids. I have to say my daughter was the perfect model  not a whinge out of her and not only did she let them take her photograph she also let mummy. Here’s my baby.
