Today was wickedly hot out this way, very close to if not 40 degrees, of course this was the day I go to use the air con (which I rarely do) and of course it doesn’t work. Georgia had Lauren over so they went for a dip in the pool and splashed around for awhile.
As well as my Photo A Day Challenge I am posting on here I am also in another group doing a photo a day for the whole year. The difference is this one is just taken on my iPhone and everyday there is prompts as what to photograph, it’s up to us as to how to interpret it.

Phew today just flew by so fast what with being out in the morning and then a lovely family session in the afternoon, so at 8.30 tonight I realised I hadn’t done my photo for the day. As it so happened my SIL and BIL came up for dinner spur of the moment so the cousins were sitting at the table after dinner so of course, they would be my subjects! Gawd do you know how hard it is to take a photo of three teenage girls…………….
A week before Christmas this year little Miss C got the best Christmas present ever, a new baby brother!!! I photographed her as a newborn and was so nice to see how grown up she is, she’s such a girly girl and adorable as ever. She has the most amazing little curls and she takes a awhile to warm to you but when she does she’s full of smiles. Now she’s a big sister! Her little brother is just as cute, keeps his Mummy awake a lot as he doesn’t sleep much, seriously he doesn’t! I think he just doesn’t want to miss anything going on. A & G it was so nice to see you both again and to meet your new addition, he is adorable.
Left it a bit late tonight to do my daily photo, had a few dramas with internet today so basically wasted a lot of time. I managed to get one of ‘Monkey’ playing with her scratchy pole she got for Christmas which she loves btw, hopefully this will deter her from scratching our leather couch.
