Happy 2023
I don't know about you but I cannot believe we are already in another year, let alone 2023! I hope everyone had a great Christmas, I know it can also be a very tough time of year for many whose loved ones are no longer here with them and the start of another year can bring out many emotions.
Today I wanted to chat about New years resolutions and family traditions, we all have those start of the year resolutions, loose the xmas weight, eat healthy, get at least 8 hours sleep a night (who even invented that one!!!) and many more. I can attest that these are mine also, LOL.
We have a tradition we do EVERY Christmas day and have done for years and that is to get a FAMILY photo. The kids accept this and know how important it is to me. Sometimes it's a quick "quick lets get a family photo" as my son is ready to head out the door, but we always do it. This year we were camping and you betcha we still got our photo. We also added in the partners for the first year too, (well they have been part of the family for so long now too) 😉. If you don't already I urge to to do this with your family, it is amazing to look back through the photos and see how much your kids have grown.
