Session Fee

Your Session fee is due at the time of signing the agreement. In the event the payment is not made as specified, Jenny Ruddle Photography shall have the right to terminate this agreement with no further obligation. This is non-refundable but will gladly reschedule your session once, if you have to cancel. This fee does not include any digital images or products.

Camera

No cameras other than the photographer allowed at the session, this also includes the use of iPhone cameras, however I do allow a quick behind the scenes photo and if uploaded to social media would love for you to tag me. 

Extra Guests

Only those being photographed may attend the session. Having extra people there proves distracting to the persons being photographed as well as inhibits movement and creativity, unless previously agreed by the photograher.

Re-Scheduling and Refunds

If client requests to amend the session date, the retainer will be applied to a mutually agreed date. If the Photographer is unable to preform this agreement on the agreed session date due to illness, emergency, or causes beyond the control of the photographer, the photographer shall make every attempt to reschedule the session again. In the event the photographer cannot perform their duties, the photographer re-serves the right to substitute with another photographer. The substitute Photographer is chosen at the discretion of the Photographer and does not constitute a breach of this agreement. The Photographer warrants the substitute Photographer to be of comparable quality and professionalism.

If the client cancels the agreement or fails to show, the retainer shall be forfeited. 

Copyright and Online Sharing

Photographs produced by Jenny Ruddle Photography are protected by copyrighted law. Even though the photographs are of your child, it is illegal to copy or scan any images without the permission from the Photographer. The client shall only use the prints, including digital files in accordance with this agreement. The clients prints/files are for personal use only and shall not be submitted to contests or reproduced for commercial use or altered in any manner without permission from the Photographer. 

The photographer will post sneak peeks from your session on social media and encourages the client to tag him/herself and share with family and friends. Clients shall not copy or alter by the use of filters, BW conversions.

Email Collection:

As a client of Jenny Ruddle you automatically go on to my email database. This is where you will hear more about exclusive offers, my availability, and lots of helpful info (nothing spammy - I promise)

Model Release

Sharing client images is how I grow my business and also let future clients have a sneak peek into a session with me. By signing this I give permission for Jenny Ruddle Photography to use the photos from my session in all forms and media for advertising, portfolio, marketing. I understand that I am entitled to no compensation. I am aware if I do not agree to this I will not receive a sneak peek from my session on social media.
