Having a baby is such an important and special time in your lives and definitely one worth capturing with gorgeous images.
Our children grow up in the blink of an eye and it is so wonderful that a photo can hold a moment still, so the memories of that time in your life never fade.
I aim to take photographs that will warm your heart every time you look at them….. for the rest of your life and for generations to come.
The Studio
My newborn studio is a peaceful, light filled space designed with soft, neutral tones to create a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Parents can sit back on the cozy lounge, unwind, and enjoy watching their precious baby being photographed. This space is not only perfect for newborn sessions but also an ideal setting for maternity portraits and milestone sessions. To ensure beautifully consistent images, I use professional lighting that mimics soft, natural daylight, creating a timeless and flattering look for every session.
What a Newborn Session with me looks like
My Newborn Sessions are held in my gorgeous home studio in Augustine heights, typically when your baby is between 1-2 weeks old, the perfect time to capture all those beautiful, sleepy moments.
My sessions are relaxed and never hurried, allowing time for you to sit back and enjoy the experience while your precious baby is safely and gently photographed by someone with over 15 years experience. We'll capture all the tiny details - close-ups of little fingers and toes, as well as parent and sibling shots (if applicable) - creating a gorgeous gallery of images that beautifully tell the story of your new arrival.
There's no need to bring anything with you - as I have an extensive range of wraps and newborn outfits. Just bring your baby and relax while I take care of the rest.
Prints & Packages
All sessions have a Session fee (weekdays $150, weekends $195) this covers photographers time and talent only. This fee does not include digital images or print products of any kind.
All collections have access to the Jenny Ruddle print store for exclusive prices on professional quality prints and Wall Art.
